Global Expiring Names
A global expiring-name browser needs an indexed full-node service. That belongs in a Shakedex channel or a future Bob full-node index, not in SPV mode alone.
Safety
Expired names are not always immediately available. Bob should show lifecycle status clearly before users attempt renewals, auctions, or Shakedex listings.
