Finish verified sold and cancelled Shakedex history hooks.

Polish in-app docs help links and tooltips for Add Ons, Shakedex, SPV, and Expiring names.

Ship Liquidity Spot as the next Add On, starting with public P2P browsing and optional GFAVIP/Gems features.

Add Shakedex channel selector settings so users can switch away from market.learnhns.com if another trusted channel is available.

Document Ledger status, dark mode, language support, and addon developer flow.
