The Expiring page helps you watch names in your wallet that need renewal attention.
Global Expiring Names
A global expiring-name browser needs an indexed full-node service. That belongs in a Shakedex channel or a future Bob full-node index, not in SPV mode alone.
Safety
Expired names are not always immediately available. Bob should show lifecycle status clearly before users attempt renewals, auctions, or Shakedex listings.

An ordinary encrypted Bob wallet must be running and unlocked before it can sign a renewal. A TLD intentionally finalized to Handshake's renew-only script has different rules: anyone may pay its renewal fee, but its Handshake records can no longer be changed.
